The publication celebrates one year of the decision of the first precedent of the STJ that considers food advertising aimed at children, either directly or indirectly, is abusive.The case which began with a complaint of the Children and Consumerism in 2007 was analyzed by the Second Panel of the STJ, which, in a unanimous vote, in 2016, considered the publicity campaign promoted by the Bauducco brand to be illegal.
